Our Lady Queen of Families Praesidium

Our Lady Queen of Families praesidium meets in St Joseph’s Church annex.

We meet every Thursday evening at 7:30pm.

We do home-to-home visitation during which time we give out mass and confession times leaflet that we designed to promote our local Church.

We also promote the Divine Mercy image and Miraculous Medals offering these sacramentals for free in each house we go.

We explain the devotions, and encourage parishioners to receive the sacraments, with an emphasis on the importance of being in a state of grace through the sacrament of reconciliation (confession), and receiving Our Lord; Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity in the Blessed Sacrament of the Holy Eucharist at Mass.
