Whether through active service or prayerful support, there is a place for you in the Legion of Mary.
The Legion of Mary has two forms of membership, both equally essential to its mission. Active members carry out the apostolic works of the Legion, while Auxiliary members sustain that work through daily prayer. Together, they form the body of the Legion.
Active members commit to:
Persons who wish to join the Legion must apply for membership in a Praesidium. Every legionary is required to carry out a weekly apostolic work in the spirit of faith and in union with Mary.

Realising the necessity for a strong support of prayer, the Legion has Auxiliary members, who associate themselves with the Legion by undertaking a service of prayer in its name.
