Our Lady of Mount Carmel Praesidium Kilkeel

Our Lady of Mount Carmel Praesidium Kilkeel meets weekly on Tuesday Evenings at 7:30pm in the meeting room in Curate’s house, Massforth, 152 Newry Road, Kilkeel BT34 4ET. If you are interested in joining or would like to find out more about the work, we do in our Parish (Upper Mourne) you are most welcome to join us any Tuesday Evening at 7:30pm.

Time of meeting: 7:30pm every Tuesday in Curates House

Each legionary carries out one duty each week in addition to their attendance at the weekly meeting. Some of the duties we currently undertake are as follows:

· Baptismal Visits in the Parish – Distribute Baptism Pack

· Fatima Statue Visitation, Promoting Family Rosary

· GIFT Programme

· Stations of the Cross during Lent

· Visitation of the sick in local Residential Nursing homes.

Membership of the Legion of Mary is a great way to develop and strengthen our Catholic Faith and the desire to share the Good News with everyone.
